Returns:
Electric scooters and digital scales can be returned within 3 days of purchase only if unused and in original condition.
Products must be returned with the original invoice, box, and accessories.
Refunds:
If eligible, refunds will be processed within 7 working days after product inspection.
Refunds will be made via the original method of payment.
Non-Returnable Items:
Used or damaged products
Customized or special order items
Products returned after 3 days of delivery/purchase
Warranty Claims:
For defective items under warranty, repair or replacement will be provided as per company policy.
